We are an independently operated boutique hotel just steps from the turquoise coastline of Konyaaltı, on the western side of Antalya. Our team has been hosting guests from more than fifty countries for years, and we have shaped every detail of the property — from breakfast service to spa treatments — around what real travellers actually ask us for during their stay.
The hotel takes its name from the iridescent pearl, a symbol of patience and craftsmanship. Antalya itself was the historic gateway between the ancient Pamphylian cities and the Mediterranean trade routes, and we see ourselves as part of that long tradition of safe harbours for travellers. Whether you are arriving for a week of beach time, exploring Lycian and Roman ruins, or simply pausing on a longer Mediterranean journey, our goal is the same: a stay that is quiet, comfortable, and culturally honest.
Pearly Hotel & Spa sits in a residential pocket of western Antalya, less than a five-minute walk from the long pebble beach of Konyaaltı and within easy reach of the city's old town (Kaleiçi), tram network and main attractions. The position is ideal: close enough to the sea that you can hear it from the upper floors, far enough from the busy resort strip to stay genuinely quiet at night.
From our reception you can reach Konyaaltı Beach Park in about ten minutes on foot, the Antalya Aquarium and Tünektepe cable car in fifteen minutes by taxi, and the historic Kaleiçi quarter, harbour and Hadrian's Gate by a short tram ride from Konyaaltı tram stop. Antalya Airport (AYT) is approximately a 25 to 35 minute drive depending on traffic, and we are happy to arrange a private VIP transfer with at least 24 hours of notice.
We are a smaller, full-service hotel rather than a sprawling resort, which means our team gets to know guests by name within a day or two. Our in-house wellness centre, Le Spa, was designed in partnership with local therapists who trained in both classical Turkish hammam traditions and modern European thalassotherapy. The result is a treatment menu that respects ritual — proper steam, proper hammam temperature, proper resting time — while keeping the experience accessible for first-time visitors. The spa team speaks Russian, Turkish and English, so you can describe exactly the pressure, oil and music preferences you want before a treatment begins.
For guests who simply want to relax, the sauna, hammam and steam room are free to use during opening hours, and you do not need to book — just bring your slippers and pick a towel up from the spa reception. Treatment packages such as massage, foam bath or body peeling can be reserved on the day in most cases, but during high season we recommend booking the previous evening.
We believe that a good hotel does three things well: it lets you sleep, it feeds you properly, and it answers your questions honestly. We avoid the upselling theatre of larger resorts. If a third-party day tour is better value than ours, we will tell you. If the weather forecast suggests rescheduling your boat trip, we will help you swap it without paperwork. If a guest needs medication from a pharmacy at midnight, our reception phones a taxi rather than charging a service fee.
That same approach shapes our environmental choices. Linens are changed on request rather than daily by default, the breakfast buffet portions are calibrated to reduce waste, and almost all of our breakfast produce — cheese, olives, honey, eggs, bread — is sourced from small Antalya-region suppliers we know by first name. We are not a perfect zero-waste hotel, but we make decisions in that direction every year.
The Pearly team is intentionally multilingual: between reception, housekeeping and the spa, you will hear Turkish, English, Russian, German and (less reliably) French and Arabic across the day. Our staff turnover is low — many of our team have been with the hotel for more than five years — which means service stays consistent across the seasons.
