Our breakfast is served daily between 08:00 and 11:00 as an open buffet. Filter coffee, tea, and water are complimentary. Other beverages listed on the menu (specialty coffees, fruit juices, etc.) and extras are chargeable. After 11:00, breakfast service is available for an additional fee.
If your reservation includes dinner, the dinner service is available between 19:00 and 22:00. To dine, you must first collect a dinner pass from the reception. You may select your meal from the menu and present the dinner pass to the waitstaff when placing your order.
During your stay, you may enjoy complimentary access to our spa area — including the sauna, Turkish bath, steam room, and fitness center — between 11:00 and 21:00, subject to availability. Additional services such as massages, foam baths, and peeling treatments are available for a fee. For further details or to make a reservation, please contact the spa reception after 11:00. The spa staff can assist you in Russian, Turkish, and English. You can also reach them directly from your room by dialing extension 226.
Please note that our hotel does not have a swimming pool or a private beach. However, you can easily reach the public beach just across the road. There are several beach cafés and beach clubs in the area. We recommend No:15 Hamlet Beach, the nearest option. The sunbed rental fee is 400 TL per person. You can collect beach towels from the spa or reception starting from 08:00 in the morning.
The minibar in your room is chargeable; items consumed will be billed at check-out. However, water, tea, and coffee available in the room are complimentary. For housekeeping services and hot beverage set-up refills, please contact reception between 08:00 and 16:00.
Our reception desk is available 24/7. You may dial 0 from your room to reach us. Taxi service is available at any time. Upon request, we can arrange a taxi to arrive in front of the hotel within approximately 2 minutes. Payment can be made by cash or credit card, and no advance booking is necessary.
To connect to the Wi-Fi, please select the network named PEARLYHOTEL (in capital letters), then choose the “hotel guest” login. Enter your room number and date of birth, then click the “connect” button. If the system asks for a password, please contact reception. Wi-Fi access becomes active approximately 10 minutes after your check-in is completed.
The convenience store next to our hotel is usually open throughout the day. You may purchase food and beverages from outside and consume them in your room. However, please note that consuming outside food or drinks in common areas (reception, restaurant, meeting rooms, etc.) is not permitted.
Our reception team will be happy to assist you with daily tours, laundry service, car rentals, and private transfers. Please note that only cash payment is accepted for these services. Price details will be provided by the reception according to your preferences.
